Adsense Banner Campaign

Hello good folks of RPGN.

For many of you, there is a top banner across all forum pages. This is a google adsense banner. Unfortunately, it only pays for clicks, and not views. XD We have shown over 800,000 of these banners, yet only achieved 622 clicks. I am considering removing the banners entirely, but first I would like to get the funds out of the adsense account. The problem? They won't issue a payment until our account reaches $100. :P We are currently 38% of the way there, and that funding would go directly towards the RPGN redesign contest. So, if you want to help out... you should consider poking a banner now and then <.< Of course, only if they interest you.... because I'm not allowed to ask you to click... so uh... ^^;

Once our account reaches its goal, I will close it out and remove them from our forum pages. Yay, ad-free goodness.

Hmm.. If I saw the banners, I would definitely click them for you. The problem is I use Ad Muncher, and it removes all such banners so I don't have to even look at them. This program is faaaaantastic! Even though it is not free, I still recommend it to everyone. I couldn't live without it now.

I too, do not see the banners as I use Adblock for Firefox. Excellent, and free. :P Removes them entirely without an issue. I just pop over to my MSIE and load the forum page to click the banner <.< haha XD
