I'm not sure what to think of it. It looks like it could have possiblilites, but I just don't know. Thoughts?

I have said this on other forums as well, but might as well say it here.
I think it looks interesting. But I don't really care how it looks, but I do care how it works. And that said, I have no further comment until I have tested it myself.
