My first ever video game? I don't know if I remember anymore. I had an Atari 2600 with a bunch of games as a kid... couldn't name which one I would have played first. It's possible the first video game I ever played was on an old Amiga computer in school. A counting or math game

I have no idea.
All my friends were Nintendo kids, so Super Mario Bros is probably a good bet.

My ealiest memories my childhood games are the original Final Fantasy, and Super Mario Bros. 3. The list goes on from there, duck hunt, some old golf game, and so on... I'd have to look up the catriges that we still have in my parents house...

Either Double Dragon or Alex Kidd for Sega Master System. It's hard to remember exactly. The Master System belonged to my brother. I even remember when I wanted to play Double Dragon, but he didn't want me to play, so he unplugged the controller and said "Here go ahead and play." I was really young back then, and I guess he actually thought I'd be too dumb to know that the controller needed to be plugged in. But instead of picking up the controller I got upset and started crying. And he kept saying "Well aren't you going to play?" If I remember right this was after my mom told him to let me play the game. He was really possessive with his Sega consoles. :P

I'm a little disappointed in myself that I don't know this. Where have all the memories gone? Anyway, it was probably something on Atari. After that the next thing I can recollect is Super Mario Bros. or Duck Hunt for the NES.

I can't remember the FIRST time I ever played, but my most vivid early gaming memories were of playing Missile Command on the Atari 2600. God, I'm an old codger...

Some dungeons and dragons game on the intellevision. You know, the game system where you had different plastic cards to slide in and out of the controller so you knew which buttons to hit.

Good times, good times.

My earliest memory of playing a game was "Jazz Jackrabbit" it was a computer game, however my most fond videogame experience as a young lad was definitely playing Dark Ages of Camelot, best game ever I've ever played, to be honest.

I played video-games apparently before I really had a good enough memory to recall. It was one of Final Fantasy, Mario, or Zelda on the Nintendo. Though, my entire early childhood revolved around the various incarnations of those.

It was either Game Over or Oh Mummy, both of which I played on (I believe) my best friend's Amstrad CPC in about 1986.

Erm... I guess mine was Commander Keen on a friend's 386 in the early 90's.
For a console game, probably Kung Fu on the NES.

Hmmmm... I really don't know. My mother bought a Nintendo 64 sometime after I was born, so I grew up playing games such as Super Smash Bros, Banjo Kazooie, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart and Yoshi's Story. It's certainly one of these as I've played since I knew how to hold a controller, I just don't know which one

Lets see, we had the N64 with quite a few games, safe bet would be mario 64.
