Well...I'd like to talk about Twilight Princess' reviews. Everybody's complaining it didn't get a perfect score, but...it's all our fault somewhat. If we didn't build so much expectation on the game, It would be getting 10s and 40s (Famitsu's highest grade) in every game magazine. But, we built so many expectation on the game, that it kinda disappointed us that it was "more of the same"...=P

Anyway, I hear that the reason the Wii version of Zelda isn't getting better scores is that many of the reviewers feel that the Wiimote control scheme is just tacked on top of already finished game (which it is), and feels out of place in that effect.

Maybe Cube version will get better reviews. Or maybe not. Less than a week. :D

Well.. that´s because they overdid the moves on their new wii-controls those americans... I hope we europeans wont do the same mistake... or it´ll be exspensive... heh... I know I will take it easy with those controls when I have gotten myself a wii.. that´s a long time from now.. I didn´t preorder one... well.. I can wait... one who waits for something good never waits too long... a saying I really agree with..;)

May be so... heh... well.. whenever I get my hands on a wii I will get the wii-version of Zelda.. Zelda is a must for all gamers..:D at least that´s what I think..;)

I probably won't be getting the Wii version anytime soon. Don't really have the cash for a new console and a new game right now.

Really? So how much is it at your place Kilu? I heard it cost 2.6k here... that´s 2600kr... I´m just curious...:)

Nintendo recommends a price of 269 euros. Which is pretty much where the stores are placing it as well. It's pretty cheap for launch console, but regardless.

Currently, 1 EUR is about 9 SEK. (http://www.xe.com/ucc/) So, 269€ is about 2420 sweden kronor, at that conversion rate.

Heh... you get the wii cheaper then us and you still thinks it´s exspensive...? I think 2.6k for that kind of console is a fair price...:p it´s all about saving anyways...;)

btw.. should we draw a thin line on this? this is offtopic.. well somewhat offtopic...:p it IS about the money for a wii which is the console for Zelda.. maybe it isn´t exactly offtopic anyway...:D

I've clocked in about 20 hours or so since monday, and boy the game is good. There is so much to do, and it's all awesome.

Agreed to that... I have actually tested the wii with my brothers...:D
It´s so much fun you get dragged into the games instantly...:)
Oh... and I also took it easy with the controls... now I know that our far western neighbours took too much strenght on their controlls for sure..:p
It is possible to swing and turn the controlls without making it fly somewhere... you have a sturdy grip on it actually.. idk why they failed with that... if you hold the controlls right it´s nearly impossible...
btw we did one thing wrong though.... me and my brother crashed with the controls into eachother... let me just tell you this... dont play near eachother and you and the control are fine as can be...:D especially when playing the boxing-game...:p
One thing I can come up with about this with the control though... it´s really sensetive.. you dont need to do any hard movements on it at all..;)
I mean... you should have seen my other brother throw a ball in the baseball-game...
he just did a basic throwmove.. light throw from shoulder and drop hand down... that = a MAJOR throw!
So when playing... just play with ease... :p

Though, they do make a pretty strong case for pretty much everything. But I hate to theorize.

This theory of theirs makes one think... I mean they have partly right... like Zelda 1 isn´t the first game according to the timeline... but for some it might get confusing.. I find it exiting!:p
Not sure about the theory with Zelda twilightprincess to be in timeline B though... my lips are sealed why... heh... dont wanna spoil for you...;)

About Zelda: Nintendo is probably never gonna release a chronology...it estimates people to research the facts and play more games, like Zappa's Conceptual Continuity Clues. =P

I tried the new Zelda out a few days ago and it was good, but I didnt have to get far. MY thoughts were it is really nicely done but at the same time its kind of missing the charm of the other zelda games and he is really goofy looking in this one lol

Heh.. you´ll have to get futher to not think so... I have seen my brother playing it.. it´s NOT like any other Zelda actually... the thing with the twilight is just genius although it might mimic Metroid Prime 2 a bit... but the twilight isn´t like any dark world as dark Aether... and have anyone seen how big and long the temples are? This is the longest Zelda ever made btw... my bro is a real Zelda-player and he took Twilight-princess in 50hr... Imagine... 50hr!
I like this kind of Zelda... This worlds Link is tougher then the rest of them.. no sissy here...:)
And then we have the emotions they show, the characters... just simply brilliant...:D they may not have voices.. but do they need them really?
There´s also new cool moves you´ll learn throughout the game... just like Zelda Minishcap... but the teacher is.. well... weird... (btw.. my guess he is Gustaf, the real hero who became king over Hyrule later on...also called hero of man...)
If you haven´t gotten the second outfit, dont say anything until then... you´ll be surpriced..;)
