Welcome to the forums, General Leo. Its always good to see a fellow FF6 fan with us. I personally powerleveled my team to no end, until all 14 of them had every spell, at level 99 with as many rages as I could muster.. etc... I was addicted to that game. My online name came from it, has always been with me since.
As for reviving leo, theres always rumors going around about these silly things, however I doubt its true. Someone would have figured out how by now, by hacking a rom image of the game and looking around at the code/events.

Thanks for the welcome Locke, i have looked around for the best items in the games it been driving me nuts finding them but i been doing very well, all of my guys are all level 60 right now because i use only 1 member in every fight than 4 so i can see if he/she can fight well at all. Leo was very good due to his "Shock" move i can see why no one else in the game gets it, it even uses no MPs :P

It's like the 'revive Aerith' rumors . . . people tell them to you to get you to go on a big wild-goose-chase, knowing that you actually will because you would like to have the character back . . .
However, with PAL codes, anything is possible ;) . . . even getting Kefka your team . . .

I did everything I could to keep Aerith away! :amazed:
No one lives in a house like that on a flower girl's wage. :shame:

 Oh she wasn't?!
She WAS a flower. It is a metaphor you see...*wink wink* ;)
I just started a game of FFVI and I plan to level up my characters as little as possible so when I get espers I boost their stats and get them unbeatable!

so what your saying you want deadly magic so you don't really have to fight? LOL go luck fighting some of the boss's then.

I did exactly what Mithrandir is referring to. I held off leveling up my people until I got espers which give bonuses such as magic+2 at level, and made it so by the time I hit level 50 or so, even a cure 1 on all party members healed for 9999. Also, if you want to max out your HP and MP totals, you'll need espers to assist. ;)

i do it the old way keep fighting intill i get the level i wanted, but i do that to just in a lot harder way, useing 1 guy for all fights (not boss's) argh it is hard to stay alive but its worth it and tells you what you need for that 1 person :)

In my cartidge game, I had everyone level 99 at the start of game, Narshe caves. I did it by exploting a bug in the game. Okay you know when you die you start off at the last place you saved without the esper bonuses. Well by getting Terra to level 99 and die, she reverted to the Narshe caves with Vicks and Wedge at level 99.
Now just imaging when the escaped from Figaro and using Merton on the magi-tek armors. Gives Locke and Edagr something real to swoon about. ;)

I used to be able to do Fire Dance but now, I just have some difficulty doing it! 0_0
Are you refering to Wind Slash?
Anyone who has played Street Fighter games a bit more shouldn't have any trouble doing any of those Blitz moves :)

Hehe, that was at the very beggining of my SNES age. I was good at doing pad combinations. Now, I gues my fingers are too big....or got lazy I don't know...

I just couldn't make sense of them. Luckily the Bum Rush was extremely straightforward. I didn't find it hard.

Size Doesn't Matter.
Characters can perform martial arts moves on enemies many times larger than they are.
Want to have Sabin do a suplex on a train? No problem!
