Do you see a problem on the tracker side or client side? Router, NAT? Anything you can tell us may help you.

I see a problem on the tracker side. When downloading torrents, I also get an unknown file type. How do I recognize the file?

Well, here's a quick answer to the first question from the FAQ.

But also keep in mind that the tracker might not recognize your status correctly, and even if it says you are not connectable, you may be downloading just fine.

On the second thing, I'm not quite sure what you mean.

When downloading, I get this error: Rejected by tracker- Unrecognized host(64.107.39.235) what does that mean?

I'm 100% sure, but I think that means that your IP has either changed since you last visited the tracker (downloaded a .torrent) or that you are behind router/nat and it's not showing the same ip everywhere, or possibly you are using proxy to browse net, but torrent client isn't using proxy.

Basically, your torrent client sees a different ip than tracker site has registered for you.

How can I fix that so I can download torrents?

It all depends on what kind of router or nat you have I guess. Not an expert on those I'm afraid.
