I've been trying to connect for a few daya now and all i get is connection timed out. Is the server down forever?

Chances are that it is down. Someone should add a big note in the main mirror page that Online/Offline status may be false.

In other news, there is now a notification on the main mirror list about possible false mirror statuses.

I was looking for the soundtrack to Civilizations call to power, I used to have it, and then my hard drive fried -_-

I cannot find it anywhere. I don't think it even has an offcially released OST?

If you have the game, the music is in CDDA format on the CD. You can rip it just like any regular audio CD.
