Cannot Connect to FTP server

I'm relatively new to FTP servers, I managed to connect to quite a few of them, so I assume I got it working. Recently I wanted to find the Sword of Mana OST, and saw one of the servers with it. To be more specific Ethryn's server... But I can't connect, it says on LeechFTP:
~ Connecting...

! Socket Error: no connection

~ Could not login to 216.51.200.181

Can anyone help me?

The server is most likely down. Many of the servers that are listed as online are actually offline. Currently the status needs to be updated manually by each mirror admin, and unfortunately many of the mirrors have been offline for months, but still appear as online in the list.

some have been offline for years.http://www.rpgamers.info/images/smilies/tophat.gif but yeah the ones online when they aint have been for a few months. Its a pain but isn't it the fault of the mirror maintainer?

Yes, it is. As I said, it's the mirror admins job to update the status.
