I'm aware that I don't have the best comp or the best connection, but still I can't understand why I'm uploading at only 0.25kb/s... any idea? (I'm using bittorent)

Ahh wait, this is torrent we are talking about. 1 sec

Does it do this only on the tracker here at rppgamers or everywhere?...cause it's most likely a problem not to do with you.

Someone here will know

There can be a number of reasons for that. More info is needed to say anything for sure.

Maybe the downloader can only download so slow. Maybe your ports aren't forwarded properly in case you are behind a router. Maybe your ISP is throtling your bandwith because you use the default port to connect. Maybe your torrent client sucks. Maybe maybe maybe.

Well, I think the question is rather what kind of BitTorrent client you are using. Or did you mean the original one?
If you are really new to this kind of downloading, have a look for the up- and download limits you have set in your program. Regulate them so that it can make better use of your connection.
