BCDC++ Setup walkthrough

Hello I remember downloading BCDC++ and connecting to vgmcentral.no-ip.com and there was a walkthrough as to how to connect to it that i found from rpgamers.net somewhere.

The program is running i'm just not able to connect to anyone using search and i'm following the rules by sharing one game soundtrack and the other stuff.

anyone know where it is or can help me? much appreciated.
