Can you raise it over 10? Though the chances of needing more than 10 options again are slim at best, it wouldn't hurt to be prepared :)

I think it should be UNLIMITED!!! So we can have polls like "Which letter of the alphabet is your favorite?? A, B, C.... etc. And then mix in random letters from other languages, mwa hahahaha.

I'm silly.

The limit is set to 20, if there is a real good reason why you need more, I'll change it.
