Disturbing documentary

Hey guys...Does anyone remember the movie called Mail Order Wife? It was out in theaters a while back. I was an intern at umvd and I got to see a screening of it. I loved it. It's a documentary about some loser guy that buys a mail order bride from Asia or someplace like that. It should be coming out on dvd next month. At least, that's what i heard. If you like disturbing movies, check that one out. Hit me up if anyone wants to talk about it.

Did you know that this happens quite frequently? There are plenty of mail order bride agencies that bring in girls from China, Vietnam, the Philippines. Mostly from China and Vietnam. I think some cases of this are genuinely good, for example this match between a really obese man who couldn't find anyone to love him and a girl with no economic future in China. They are actually happy :)

I know somebody who had one of those from singapore. He actually started out just chatting to her, then flew out there to meet her and she moved back to Canada with her and he's been happily married for 5 or 6 years now. :wonder: Whatever works, I suppose.

Wow! I saw the trailer it looked pretty cool. =) It made me wonder if it was true or not? Meaning like did they just make it up or is it actually all true. Her obsession with pigs sounded funny.

It's really good dude. Personally, I just loved it. It was so hillarious. And the best part about it was that it's so over the top messed up, I couldn't help but laugh.

It's so funny. You know what, I went back and looked at the credits. It's not a documentary. It's actually a mockumentary. It was so convincing though. I never would've guessed that it wasn't real.

Don't get me started on her pig obsession. That part was hillarious.
