Nope, that's incorrect.

www.vgmusic.info is Locke Coles database. you can't download anything from it.

Damn! I forgot then vgmusic.com was the music site and vgmusic.info is Locke Cole's Database...sorry. I confused it.

The site you're referring to is Locke Cole's collection. He doesn't take any requests anymore because he's busy with real-life issues.
