Help for Geo

i know i shouldnt ask for help for another site but i need a little advice, ok here goes.

I visit this other forum site http://www.realleague.uk.tt/ and whenever i want to refresh i press F5, but it keeps redirecting me to the opening page, it also does this if i press the refresh button (circling arrow button thingy), does anyone know any reasons why it is doing this to me??? or is it just the sites fault and it cant be helped?

the thing is though, for the first time last night it allowed me to refresh as normal, but now its back to the same old nonsense, could anyone help me????

That seems normal, considering that the site is made with frames.

When you use the global refresh command, it refreshes the entire frameset (and not the frame containing the page you're looking at), thus redirecting you to its default start page.

As a workaround, you should do this in order to refresh the current page only :

Internet Explorer : right-click on the page>refresh

Firefox : right-click on the page>this frame>refresh
