Why is it called Arrange? Is it diiferent from the regular OST? o.O?

Like I explain in the PM an arrange Album is Music from a SOundtrack that is the Same music but Different Instrumentation, (It can be Live, With electrical Instruments, ETC) VOcalized (The Tune with new Lyrics inclueds) well thats a little info of :)
