Gantz?

[Three Storms]

Has anyone seen this anime? I've seen a couple of un-subbed episodes, and in both episodes, it was of a group of relatively-high-tech soldiers battling living statues of various Asian Gods.

If anyone has seen it, can you tell me what it's about?

I'm currently reading the manga (not seeing anime yet). Will tell ya clearly after finishing reading theme ^_^. Quite a good manga (but it contains some scenes which are for 18+ >_< or at least, that's what I think they should be)
