Hehe, most of them must have been lured here by Google while they were searching for videogames or game music. A large majority of the new members we get comes from this. I guess that once they have been granted their request (or not :p) they just forget about these boards :(

At least, we do have a solid community here, and that's really something to be proud of ! Many members seem to be busy in real life (well, so am I but I can't help visiting the forums :D). For example, I'm almost sure that Yuffie will come back once she's done with her drama auditions or whatever she's currently doing :D

It is true that it can be noticed right away if someone who has been posting regularly stops posting. It's common that sometimes a person just can't post for some reason or doesn't have the time to do that. I myself for example have been studying so hard that haven't been able to post as much as I would have liked.
However Jetblue have been away for some time already like you mentioned above. I hope and believe he comes back soon.

I see what you mean, but those who know that they will have to leave may also post things like "I'm moving to Mars so I won't be able to post for a while" or "Now that I have been hired by national defense they won't even allow me to sign in MSN, then bye everyone" and so on.... Although I thought I had already mentioned my lack of time to come here regularly, in one of my last posts... Not sure though. Anyway, as you guess, life became overwhelming and I admit I lost my interest in these boards, since most of the earlier members were gone too (I guess it can't be helped :wonder: ).

As for why people don't leave a farewell post before they go... I for one do not think of it as a "farewell", more as a "goodbye". :) To say I have no more time to post here, and to say I'll never return again, are two different things ! And I would feel distressed to think I'll never ever come back. So... I guess that not to leave a farewell message is a way for me to keep a motive to come back somehow. :D

But now you've got some news, and you know I'm still alive ! (^_^) I'm still looking for a job - it's been 8 months since I've stopped working now ! I'm not exactly bored of it yet, but I feel an urge to find a new job as soon as possible. Vacation-time is over ! (>_<) Life is still fine otherwise ; I love Her and She loves me, summer is soon, I've just recently got me a nice modded PStwo (Silver color :P ) and Monster Hunter which has awesome looks (and the weird half-online style doesn't bother me)... aaannnd... that's about it. :)

As to the internet connection, most schools that I've seen (granted, I've never been to england, so I'm not to sure on the situation there) have the internet hooked up already at the school, probly in an internet cafe type setting. Also, if you're going into res. then they'll probly have the internet already running with all that you'd need to do is connect to the internet. :D

And as for the movie Ring. Yeah I saw it... In Japanese with english subtitles. It was called Ringu. So I must admit I luahged hysterically trough the entire movie. The Group of us (Kyari, Doreagarde, and another fellow who does not belong to this site) kept on making fun of it, so it wasn't the slightest bit like a horror movie.

It was a pretty sweet experiance because we watched it in a sound proof basementin a home theater. A theatre in which I now enjoy playing on at game nights when I go into town to visit.
