Xenosaga anime

Does anyone know when it starts? Two different people are telling me that it starts ont he 15th and the 21st, so I don't know which it is.

I've already watched the trailer and want to watch the Anime hardly. It looks so awesome.. but since the trailer was only a few seconds long, I think it's still in far-away progress. :(

It's out in Japan. I saw the first episode. It basically retraces Episode 1 in anime form. It ends when KOS-MOS gets awakened by the gnosis attacking the Woglinde.

Can't wait to see the anime... Still, I'm a bit nervous. Star Ocean EX, for example, was OK but could have been so much better. Hope the animators will be less lazy for Xenosaga.

The anime just re-traces Ep.1's story. It's OK if you haven't played Ep. 1 or just want to see it from another take just for the hell of it.

I've got the first two episodes, but had no chance to watch them - yet.
...I still haven't played Xenosaga Episode 1, though.
....and I probably won't play it anytime soon.
Maybe I shouldn't watch the anime as well?

Its hard to get Xenosaga 1 & 2 here in Europe.. so.. You wouldnt do anything wrong. If the time comes where you're able to get and play it.. it should be interesting at all, cause there's a big difference between a game and an anime, since animes are shorter, in fact of storyline :)
Anyway.. I've enjoyed the first couple of episodes. The drawings are a very little LITTLE bit like US DC/Marvel comics, in my opinion. I cant compare it with the game, since I havent played it yet.. but the anime is getting 85% from my side ^_^

Well, Xenosaga Episode 1 is sitting on my shelf, and Episode 2 will ship in asap - that is not the problem.
It's more like I had too little time when Episode 1 came out, and the bit I got to see from my friend playing it wasn't really very intriguing for me - so I put it on hold.
But I guess you're right - I might as well watch the anime...
though I must say that I didn't like the character design too much on a first glimpse, at least for some of them.
