As in the prior thread, review that movie you just watched - but make sure your praise or criticism is in the form of a haiku. ;)

Escape from NY

A little classic,
rough around the edges, but
Lee Van Cleef still rocks.

:hijack: Seems few people like making reviews in haiku, so let's try hijacking it and reviewing in limericks! :lick:

Review the last movie (or series) you have watched...

Let the Right One In

Bullies, they pick on this boy,
Lonely, with a knife for a toy.
When a new girl moves in,
They become friends,
But she is a vampire! Oy!

Hey, nice movie indeed ! Extremely cold in all matters, be it the climate or people's emotions... But it's an original variation on the theme of vampires, and touching somehow.

Anyway - I think I'll stick to haiku reviews ; I like the simplicity of it. ^^

Ponyo On the Cliff By the Sea

heart-warming story
disguised as a fairy tale
animation gem

The Broken

Predictable, yet
Subtle surrealism
Ultimately sates

:shame: Bleh - that review gives little indication what the movie is about, but I'm not changing it now. :p

Dandelions

Yellow petals shine
Feeling silky and smoothly
Dancing in the wind

I know it isnt a review of a movie but...since we're talking about haiku's lol...
