parents in general (esp Mums) do not seem to understand what computers can do. They don't usually understand that they can play video/music etc....
Really its the younger generation say 10-30 yr olds that understand them because they lived through the computer age. In another 50 years nearly everyone will appreciate computers more.
Funny thing is they say "spend your life looking at a monitor" but they themselves spend a considerable amount of time staring at a TV ;) odd
Anyway I am listening to 'Last Dungeon' FF6

"Wind ~Scarlet Wind~" from Radiata Stories Arrange Album by Noriyuki Iwadare
Although the OST is average, this arrange album is extremely pleasant to listen to :) When getting it, I was like "What the hell would an arrange album from a PS2 game sound like ?", knowing that the arranger is the composer himself (-> no comparison with the recent "Premium Arrange" soundtracks where arrangers were famous game music composers unrelated with the original soundtrack composer).
The result is a wonderful album featuring a well-balanced mix of piano, jazzy and vocals tracks. It's a nice approach to arrangment in nowadays' game music, where sound quality is already at its best when played by the console. But more than that, it shows that Iwadare still has some tricks up his sleeve :D
