Yeah. The main site doesn't attract new users anymore as it used to, so no one stumbles on the forums anymore either. Plus of course, the old core group who always kept the forum going has almost entirely disappeared, give or take a post of two per month from some. We still get new members from time to time (not just bots :p )but I suppose no one sticks around because nothing is happening in here.

The problem is, if no new members show, the forum's "old-school" members always tend to disappear...I remember I left this place for a year and a half because of that...

But let's remember that some users stop showing because of their social life...I noticed most of you around here are grown-ups, and it's obvious that life outside the internet "takes a lot of time"...so it's not really their fault; they just have work to do. =P

Holy cow ended up being the highest rank on the old forums, and it was set on 10,000 posts. The story goes that when Locke Cole saw Zedies post count one day and noticed that it was over 10,000 (Locke Cole didn't visit the forum that much even then), all he could say was "Holy Cow!" I don't know if he really said it outloud though. :p

Maybe Ultima Wepon or something of that caliber. Or perhaps the final Job in FFV, Mime. Kinda lame I know, but if you've ever played that game, start-finish and mastered EVERY job including Mime, it's quite the accomplishment.

As for bards, they don't just have to sing. ¬¬ DnD Bards can take Perform (Oratory), or Perform (Comedy) and such like. A bard I played was essentially an actor, albeit a (intentionally) bad one. :P He was a foppish noble claiming to be heir to some distant throne who keeps giving everyone different names due to his bad memory. I actually introduced myself to two other players with two different names and they didn't notice. :S

Indeed. If I remember my Z-ology correctly...
Vegeta is somewhat annoyed at the appearance of Buu. He gets the Majin mark after teaming up with the Demon King Dabura, hence the 'demon' bit. Interestingly that means Demon King Piccolo could effectively be referred to as Majin Piccolo although he doesn't have the M mark.
Majin Vegeta is my favourite state in Vegeta's evolution mainly because he's so much cooler as an evil character. Plus from thre he goes to his SSJ4 stage which is, quite frankly, lame.

Suddenly bards don't seem so bad. I like the idea of performing rather than sining only. Sounds like something I'd do. More so the comedy act.

Yes Piccolo is a Namekian, as was Demon King Piccolo. I was merely suggesting that the literal translation of Majin Vegeta is Demon Vegeta and as such Demon King Piccolo could be called Majin (King) Piccolo. Alas I know not the Japanese for 'king'.
Afaik the only characters ever actually referred to as 'Majin' are Vegeta and Buu, both of whom carry the Majin mark upon their foreheads. :)

Kilu, you never played Final Fantasy 1 or 5? A red wizard is a mix of a black and white wizard, with basic skills from both tiers, as well as a decent fighting ability (for a mage, anyways!) Plus, you have the powers of your previous ranks, so you technically are a white wizard too. ;)
