I haven't seen the English Ring. And I don't fancy watching the English Grudge. I am however getting my grubby hands on a subbed version of Ju-On, which is the original. :)

i hated the ring a guy with a remote control would have ruled!jsut think of it pause she stops rewind she goes back! i donno i mean i like older scary movies better the ring as just a bit....stupid? i mean WHAT exactly where they spoused to do with the girl? i would burn all her tapes and be done with it

Have you EVER known a horror movie to make any sense?
Characters never do something obvious like that, if they did them none of them would die, and that would be one really crappy movie.

true but instead my the end i am fusterated and very much unhappy that i payed ANY amount of money to see this movie

I did'nt like the ring either. I just could'nt think of a little girl as a threat.
I like to see her try and get throug this little 3x5 black and white T.V. I have in the kitchen.

Ah I forgot,I got really pissed in the begginig of the ring because that girl died. I thought she was going to be a lead charachter and she was the cutest. The other girl should of died.

Well... Ju-On was scary as hell. So now I am gonna see the English Grudge just to see how badly they ruin it. :)

I watched 'The Eye' a while back. It has a decent story and one of the best endings that
I have seen in a horror in a long while. It was very unexpected. Bet the Hollywood remake is rhubarb like the rest of the Jap horrors they abolish!!!
Lol, had the missus jumping a bit, and I will hold my hands up as I did with the hospital hallway scene :).

i saw fear dot com the other day.......i wanted to shoot something realy realy bad it was pretty lame as far as scary goes.....give me alien or resident evil any day at least they know how to do it!

Just saw Ju-on. Found a good download on supernova with subtitles. Not many movies scare me but this one did. Very well made.
My cat blackie walking around made me more scared.
When that guy was pouring gasoline I was like hell yeah burn that mo**** fu**** bit** house down!
That scene were they were on the bed reminded me of that painting,gothic or something.
