Photoshopping, etc

I need some help. I have very minimal graphical editing skills. I have an image here (animated gif) that I would like to somehow be sized down so I can use it as an AIM buddy icon. The height and width cannot be more than 64 pixels. Feel free to crop out some of the gray background or whatever. Just make me a pretty icon. Thanks! :)

i find this (http://www.gifworks.com/cgi-bin/gifworks.pl?com=transfer_open) a decent tool for working with animated gifs...

blur a bit before resizing to give it some faux anti-aliasing.

Wow, that's awesome! Thanks a lot Zeugma! I like the black bars fine; you don't have to do anything with them. I remembered something else. Along with the 64 pixel requirement, it can't be over "x" kilobytes. But I don't remember how many. I'm on my laptop at work so I can't test it out on AIM yet. But I think it'll be ok. There isn't that much movement going on so it should work. :D

Well I've got some good editing software so I could do somethings too, Resize , crop, selective copy paste, animated gifs, etc.

Not that anyone one here would be a theif but I had this around from somewhere else I've shown it. Thats why its got the protection on it. I figured why bother using the fullsize picture thats 4 megs. I just like to show off sometimes.:)

If your interested in seeing it fullsize contact me and I'll see what I can do. I didn't just do Black materia card, I did white materia, cloud, aeris, and sephiroth character cards. I was going to have the summons, the monsters(most of em), weapons, almost all the materia, and a very complicated battle system. At one time I think I had it worked out but since Its not written down anywhere its fuzzy.

This next one is a specialty card from the RPGN Magic tournaments. It is legal in play, and quite fun. You waste 2 mana of any type to insult someone in the tournament. If you insult them without paying the mana, you sacrificed 2 life points. Owwie!
