!!!!!!!!!!!Slight Spoiler!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last week I saw Resident Evil:Apocalypse along with Shaun of the Dead.
Apocalypse was great. Even though it looked very low budget and thank god not much computer generated monsters and zombies. It was well written and good choice on jill I think. Milla was great as always(I love her)and carlos was dead on,to bad about nickoli. But nemesis was cool,I thought he was going to mutate at the end but that would of brought about a worse monster,computer generated,so Im glad he stayed humanoid. I was wispering to my self all through the movie for nemesis to burst through a wall or ceiling and BAM!, he burst through the police station wall. It was awsome. I was craking up laughing when they decided to take a rest at the cemetary.
I did forgive some details like no Weskar or Burkin or other familiar Stars members and Racoon citizens( I wanted to see Arukas and thought for a minute that was him on top of that building shooting zombies)but why did they make Racoon city a modern city. I thought Umbrella chosed a antiquated economicly dead city to build there lab and do as they pleased.
Still this movie satisfied the latent RE fan that I was 6 years ago and wish I could restart that RE club I had with some freinds that I mentioned in the old forum. I really hope for a part 3. Mr.X Vs. G-Virus Monster!
Shaun of the Dead was excellant. I noticed In the begginig when shaun was going to the market that near the cooler where he got his diet coke right on the first shelf on the left was some Lucozade bottles. I really want to try some. I wonder if the Indian side of chicago might have some stores that sell some. When Im in that part of town I do notice the stores stocked with lots of biscuits and english products.
The zombies were great in detail,very convincing,and lots of blood. I would'nt have gone back for my ex-girlfreind. She was so coky even after he tried to rescue her. I would have done the same as his freind Ed and run over as many zombies as I could with my car. At the end when he was watching the news and a reporter said breifly that it was not caused by rage infected monkeys,I thought was funny,and using zombies as labor,hilarious.
