I figured it would be nice to have a thread to talk about the webcomics we currently know and read...well...here are my picks.You can also post here about recent updates of comics too!

Flipside (http://www.flipsidecomics.com/)-Generally it's about two women.Maytag,a fun loving jester girl with split personalities and Bernadette,a swordswoman who wields two swords with her fighting style.What's it about?Well it has sex,gambling,bars,bar fights,deceit,magic,and adventure.It has alot of memorable characters they meet,but as always people come and go.I bet the sex part got your attention the most ;)(MA with some nude and blood)

Earthsong (http://www.earthsongsaga.com/index.html)-The story and details are kinda long so I'll just stick on what's the current story around here.A new person has arrived on a planet,and two sides have to fight in order to either protect or use her.Without any memory of herself,she is in a state of confusion and shock as the battle starts for her.With no memory of her name either,a comrade gave her the name of "Willow"(PG with some violence)

Red String (http://redstring.strawberrycomics.com/)-Drama.Yeah we hate that stuff...or I hate that.Because of this story you'll keep coming back for more!A girl named Miharu Ogawa got a call from her parents and as she arrives home...she's getting married!Ogawa,being disgusted,ran out of her home and runs into a man and all she could do was break down and cry.The man consoles her and hanged with her a bit,pretending to be her boyfriend for a while.As they have a wonderful time together,he admits he wasn't pretending and both become close.This story is about love in all shapes.Whether it be girl to girl,early arranged marriage,and admiral of your higher classes.(PG-13 with deep love scenes)

Anders Loves Maria (http://anderslovesmaria.reneengstrom.com/)-The title says it.It's about a woman and man who live with eachother in a house.The man's name is Anders.Woman's name Maria.May I say more?Maybe cheating,f***ing things up(literally),your mom being a lesbian,and the woman being raised in childhood with a drunk mom and dad?Yeah...the world is after you Anders.(MA with cursing,sex scenes,nudity)

Dreamland Chronicles (http://www.thedreamlandchronicles.com/)-What if the dreams you had...was actually an existing world with people who you see each night while you sleep.Alexander Carter was a kid who was in that world and ventured in a temple in his dream with his dream friends left behind.He comes across a sword that was protected by a dragon.He picked it up,the sword attacked the dragon,and the dragon attacks him.He wakes up with a peculiar necklace by him which looks like a tiny sword.In his college days,he comes across it again and sleeps with it on,and revisits the dream world!(G...as stated by the author one time.So kiddies are ok to read this.Even I enjoy it!:D)

Red Meat (http://www.redmeat.com/redmeat/current/index.html), while not really a webcomic, is one of the few I can appreciate. Though it seems that I can't keep up with even this one.

Pokey the Penguin (http://www.yellow5.com/pokey/) too, but it isn't updated very often.

All those vgcats, penny aracades and ctrlaltdels are just kind of not funny at all.

xkcd is pretty funny, but it's all ego strokage. also, stick figures bug me a little. >.>

A Lesson Is Learned But The Damage Is Irreversible (http://www.alessonislearned.com/index.php?comic=27) - nice art and interesting writing style. it generally has a dream sequence sort of feel to it. there's usually no continuity between pages, but i still like it. currently, and probably permanently, on hiatus.

Pilli Adventure (http://www.pilli-adventure.com/) - story of a mexican girl and her little skeleton doll boyfriend. cute and charming. i particularly like how the author draws on mexican mythology for inspiration. english is his second language, so the writing is pretty butchered at times, but... i still like it. also, the layouts are often questionable. >.>

Kids in the Street (http://www.webcomicsnation.com/krisco/kits/series.php?view=single&ID=82088) - a webcomic involving various characters from various fairy tales. the original idea was social commentary, but that was mostly replaced with sexual humor. no longer updated. author's own words: "I kind of changed my mind about everything this comic stood for." he also said he had a little red riding hood fetish, but maybe that was one of the things he changed his mind about.

"Oo! This one's about college kids and a cute bunny! Only with a catch-- the bunny is mean and violent! Ha ha ha! It's so original!"



Purple Pussy (http://purplepussy.net/d/20020304.html) - a comic for girls. kind of like happy tree friends, but good. genuinely irreverent; not just shock for the sake of popularity. no longer updated. also, a keen eye might catch the fragilerain.net endorsement. i thought that was weird.
