Marona's FTP needs help!Need experience from DSL users!

Read everything in the news...it shall explain my problem.

Yes i need someone who hosts an FTP with DSL...preferably wireless.So please help me!!!>.<

Open up a bigger port range in your router, specify that range as Passive range in the FTP-server. You also need to make the server aware of your public IP.

If you do that, you can also use PASV.

it is ok;) solved earlier:) but we still cannot figure out why everyone else can connect to her but she cant connect to herself.

She can ping her own computer but cannot access the server through the net. We have tried diff browsers as well as her client.

Strange;)?

original problem seemed to be: something using her port 21 and we dont know what that is (it still using it...i think), other ports, as well as 21, werent open in windows sp2 firewall (we opened 2121 to compensate for 21 not working) and her Ip was not updating right to her dns domain.

That asside, it now works pretty groovy
